Q: Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
A: Yes! We know life gets busy. We can pick up your device from your location, repair it in our secure workshop, and return it to you fully functional. Contact us for pricing.
Q: Are your technicians certified and background-checked?
A: Absolutely. Our technicians are not only highly skilled and experienced but also thoroughly vetted and background-checked for your peace of mind when we enter your home.

Q: What kind of part replacements do offer?
A: We can replace almost any component: hard drives (HDD/SSD), RAM, batteries, keyboards, screens, charging ports, and more. We use high quality parts and provide warranties on our work.
Q: What is included in a "Tune-Up"?
A: Our comprehensive tune-up service includes cleaning out dust, applying new thermal paste, optimizing your startup processes, removing bloatware and viruses, updating software and drivers, and ensuring your system runs smoothly and securely.
Q: Can you really repair a motherboard?
A: In many cases, yes! We perform board-level diagnostics to identify issues like faulty capacitors, damaged power circuits, liquid damage, or corrupted BIOS. We have the tools and expertise for micro-soldering repairs, saving you the cost of a full motherboard replacement if possible.
Game Console Repairs
Q: My console is overheating and shutting off. Can you fix it?
A: This is one of our most common repairs! Overheating is usually caused by dust clogging the fans and vents, or old, dried-out thermal paste. We perform a deep internal cleaning and apply new high-quality thermal compound to get your console running cool and quiet again.
Q: My HDMI port is broken. Is that a difficult repair?
A: While it requires precision soldering, HDMI port replacement is a standard service for us. We have the specialized tools and experience to carefully remove the old port and solder a new one on, restoring your video and audio output.

Q: Do you provide the TV mounts and brackets?
A: For TV mounting, we typically ask that you purchase the specific mount you prefer for your TV's size and weight. However, we can certainly recommend models and even help you source one for an additional fee. We provide all necessary hardware for other installations.
Q: I bought a security system bundle online. Can you install it for me?
A: Definitely! We specialize in installing customer-purchased equipment, including Ring cameras, doorbells, floodlights, and full security system bundles. We'll handle the physical installation, setup, and connection to your network and mobile apps.
Q: What's involved in a "Building-wide Ethernet Installation"?
A: We can run Ethernet cables through your walls to provide hardwired internet connections to any room you choose (e.g., home office, gaming station, media center). This provides a faster, more stable, and more secure connection than Wi-Fi.
Q: Can you help me set up my smart home devices?
A: Yes! We can integrate and configure all your smart devices—from smart lights and thermostats to voice assistants and smart locks—into a single, easy-to-use system so they all work together seamlessly.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
A: Yes, we stand behind our work. Most repairs come with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. Specific warranty terms will be detailed on your service invoice.
